Carolyn Louise Hayes

Graveside services for Carolyn Louise “Boo” Hayes, 76, Bakersfield, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 14, 2017 at Baptist Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hayes passed away at 11:38 p.m., Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Ozarks Medical Center.

She was born May 18, 1941, at Bakersfield, Missouri, to Elbert Earl Butram and Thelma Olive House Butram.  On October 29, 1960, she was married at Salem, Arkansas, to James W. Hayes.  Mrs. Hayes loved painting and crocheting and was a member of Moose Auxiliary.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.  Mrs. Hayes was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her husband, James Hayes, of the family home; two children, Anita Hayes and husband, Larry, Lovespark, Illinois and Brad Hayes and wife, Jill, Poplar Grove, Illinois; daughter-in-law, Rogena Hayes, Belvidere, Illinois; son-in-law, Michael Draheim, Belvidere, Illinois; eleven grandchildren, Amanda Hooper and significant other, Wil Kladek, Cassandra Hayes, Marcus Hayes, Shannon Thompson, Paige Davidson and significant other, Ryan Robinson, Danielle Bentley and husband, Steven, Kayla Martinez and husband, Reynoldo, Michelle Hernandez and husband, Antonio, Jenna Skowronek and husband, Brian, Jessica Hayes and Brandon Hayes; ten great-grandchildren, Quinn, Hunter, Devin, Savanna, Lorelai, Jayden, Michael, Kimberly, Ava and Jesse; five brothers, Richard Butram and wife, Shirley, Darrell Butram and wife, Sue, Waco Butram, Jerry Butram and significant other, Nancy and Ronnie Butram and wife, Kathy; four sisters, Marie Anderson, Laverne Barlow and husband, Larry, Diane Hart and Gloria Rhody; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Her parents, son, Kevin Hayes, daughter, Sandy Draheim, two brothers, Donald and Lowell and one sister, Bonnie, preceded her in death.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.   Memorial contributions may be made to Baptist Hill Cemetery or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
