Officials with Missouri State University-West Plains would like to invite you to a special media day luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Thursday, July 18, at the Greater Ozarks Center for Advanced Technology (GOCAT) to hear about what has been accomplished during the past year.
During a tour of the facility, you will be updated on our FAB Lab and have the opportunity to try out our newest piece of equipment, a Virtual Reality Industrial Paint Sprayer.
At lunch, you will learn about the university’s newest programs at GOCAT, such as the apprenticeship program, and hear from both students and employers about the difference these programs are making in the area during a Q&A panel. Several representatives from the university and area industries will be on hand to answer questions.
Lunch will be provided. Please RSVP to Roy Crouch by Friday, July 12, at email@example.com or 417-255-7785. We look forward to seeing you July 18!
GOCAT is a partnership between Missouri State University-West Plains, South Central Career Center and the City of West Plains to bring advanced technological training to area residents.
