Janice Anita Imondi, 70, West Plains, Missouri passed away Friday, July 9, 2021, at her home. A memorial service will be held at Smith Chapel Church of Christ in Brixey, Missouri, on Friday, July 16, 2021 at 2:00 PM.
Janice was born September 6, 1950, at Tulare, California, to Joseph Lavern and Velma Lena Sanders. She attended Dora School. She married Ronnie Leroy and two sons were born into this union, Ronald and David. On October 24, 1981, she married Robert Frank Imondi and one son was born into this union, Todd. Janice loved to read, embroidery, and quilt. She never turned down a chance to go karaoke and dancing. She was family oriented and loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren and was known for her famous sugar cookies and angel food cake.
Janice is survived by her three sons: Ronald Leroy and wife Kari; David Leroy and wife Crystal; and Todd Imondi, and special friend Dana; one sister, Joyce Herrell; two brothers, Larry Sanders and Deloss Sanders; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Brianna Newton and husband Shannon and their children Emily and Kolton; Dylan Leroy and wife Jessica and their children Adylan and Lauren; Nicole Griffin and husband Jonathan and their son Jaxton; Clayton Leroy and Gavin Imondi; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Her parents, husband Robert Frank Imondi, sister Lozell Osborn, nephew Keanon Frazier, and special friend Ronnie Medlock precede her in death.
